I'm glad to see that the Colorado State Judicial Branch is finally taking a stand on these ambulance chasing lawyers who are making a living out of suing people /companies who send out advertising faxes. We were sued by Andrew Quiat, Lawyer from Colorado who was previous disbarred, for whatever reason, and is now making a living out of suing fax broadcasting companies. He is charging $1500 per fax sent and expects to close a certain amount of cases. Can you imagine explaining to your friends and family about how you make your living.:" I sue people that send out faxes!!" A high level of competency shown there?!!

I'm glad the courts in Colorado are finally ruling properly on these matters. It's pretty bad when companies can't use the most effective and cost effective means to advertise.

See Ten Rules for More Effective Advertising

I'll be bringing more information on Junk faxes and fax broadcasting in the time to come.

It's really important to explore different types of advertising
Ten Rules for More Effective Advertising Leahy's Law states that if a thing is done wrong often enough, it becomes right, and as a result, volume becomes a defense to error. When advertising fails to sway consumers, most advertisers follow Leahy's Law by increasing the frequency of the advertising hoping that more of what is not working will somehow work when consumers are subjected to more of the same.

Use the following 10 simple rules to evaluate the advertising you encounter. You may be disappointed, but don't be surprised when you discover that most advertising fails to follow any of the rules.

In the meantime, I believe that the law firms in Colorado should completely lay off the fax broadcasting companies who allegedly send out junk faxes.
